Archive boxes provide an easy access storage solution particularly useful for paperwork, bills and bank statements whether loose, or in folders. The cardboard archive boxes can hold A4 or foolscap files. The archive box comes flat packed (as do all our cardboard products), and comes complete with full easy to follow assembly instructing. Each archive box is fully self-locking, requiring no tape at all. The locking mechanism results in the base having a double thickness of cardboard, therefore providing a stronger storage solution.
The archive box is also ideal for any sized office or business. In addition, the home office removal boxes and kits are available which provide a superb selection of various sized boxes, archive boxes, bubble wrap and tape.
For those who are seeking warmer or cooler climates than the UK, long-term storage may well be a key focus. Possessions may be kept long term in containers or other storage facilities. For such storage requirements, Simply Boxes’ recommends its large box, which is made of double wall material and therefore the most sustainable for such conditions.
Each cardboard box is glued and is complete with hand holes for easy carrying. The ‘flaps’ meet in the middle to allow for easy taping. It is recommended that each cardboard box be H-taped. This method of taping provides the maximum strength. H taping entails taping along the centre of the two meeting lengths of the cardboard box, and also on the edges, from corner to corner, forming the shape of the letter H.
